GLS will accept for return any item that is determined to be defective by Inch Creative Group Inc. based on industry standards. Items that have been used, worn, altered or laundered may or may not be eligible for return.
It will be at the discretion of Inch Creative whether the item(s) in question are eligible for return and will be replaced or credited for a refund. Regardless of the reason, no items should be returned without prior authorization from Inch Creative at 440-899-7770 or info@inchcreative.com
